If using public transit, take the subway to Bay station, use the Bay Street exit.
From the Airport
Head northwest on Eireann Quay, which will become Bathurst St, continue north. Make a right on to Lake Shore Blvd W, switch into the middle lane and continue straight on to Harbour St. Turn left onto Bay St and continue until you reach 1255 Bay St. The drive will take you approximately 15 minutes in non-peak traffic.

Use the Empress Walk exit and the tunnel beside Best Buy to get to our elevator bank, or walk south and enter Scotia Bank building.

From the Airport, head northwest on Eireann Quay, which will become Bathurst St. From Bathurst make a right unto Lake Shore Blvd W. Exit Right onto the Gardiner Expy W. Exit Left at Don Valley Parkway North. Travel north until you reach the ON-401 W. Use 3rd lane from right to merge onto the ON-401 W. Use exit 369 for Yonge Street North. Merge onto Yonge St and continue North until you reach 5075 Yonge St. The Drive will take approximately 25mins in non-peak traffic.

Here's How Head Space Works:
In order to participate in online focus groups or interviews, each participant must have a computer with a high-speed internet connection, a webcam (most computers come with built-in webcams nowadays) and a telephone. Once recruited, respondents are sent a link which, when clicked, takes them to Head Space, where they login using a secure password. The audio portion of the experience is provided by dialling into our toll-free audio bridge.
Observers (clients) access our online facilities in the same way, except they reside in a virtual observation area. This space allows observers to see participants and the moderator in real-time, to text chat amongst themselves and to send real time text-based notes to the moderator, as necessary. Participants cannot see observers.
Prior to and throughout the real-time online experience, we provide technical support to ensure that webcams are operational, the login experience is successful and any other technical needs can be immediately addressed, so that the moderator only has to focus on his or her job.
Based on a vast amount of experience, we believe that each participant and all observers should be technically prepped in advance of online research sessions. We do not believe in self-serve prepping, as it is not a surrogate for proper online research preparation. And we believe that, when sessions are being conducted, live tech support for your project should be provided, not just access to a toll-free number with a technical expert who has no understanding of your project and who may be handling multiple clients at the same time. A flawless online experience is what you want and that's what we provide.
Our online space is completely customizable and anything that can be uploaded on a computer can be shown to participants online. Tools at our disposal online include white boarding, sorting exercises and many others.
At the end of each session, a time-coded digital video record of the discussion, observer chat and any moderator notes are immediately available.
Virtually observe online sessions in a similar fashion to that of traditional focus groups, without being seen by respondents and without having to travel.
Clients can interact with each other during research sessions, and send real-time notes to the moderator.
The ability to display multi-media stimuli, real-time polling, sorting, white-boarding, etc.
Fully secured digital audio, video and text chat recordings as well as recording of all screen interactions of research sessions. Full translations available.
